Women’s Health
Women's Health is an extensive topic area and each decade raises new challenges. Our 20s are about sexual health and contraception. By our 30s it's pregnancy and childbirth and how to balance this with our careers. By our 50s we've reached the second half of our lives, an exciting period which brings increased self-awareness, creativity, focus and energy. Middle age can be a particularly challenging time because we're looking after children and aging parents and trying to squeeze in a bit of time for ourselves! Keeping the sexual spark alive in a long-term relationship or dating again after a break-up can also be a challenge.
