Tropical Dessert –Pineapple Macadamia Nut CheesePie
It is pineapple season this merry month of may. We have a few pineapples here at home so we decided to create a cheesepie made from it and macadamia nuts...truly divine tropical dessert. Purists might balk if i call this a cheesecake since it is not as sour as a regular cheesecake and it is made without sour cream. Thus we are calling it a pie.
