Stress Easing Herbs
Since stress is such a part of life now, I think Stress Easing Herbs is a good subject to start with. There are quite a few herbals which ease tension and aid sleep, without the "drugged-up" feeling which over-the-counter and prescription meds are noted for.: Herbs have been a part of my life for most of my 56 years of experience. I have always used herbs as an alternative to traditional medicine whenever possible.
