Language "Deviances/Delays" vs Language "Differences"
Not all language and speech "errors" are "errors". Sometimes people, because of their social/cultural, dialectal or ethnic background, may seem to have big problems speaking. This is not always the case. Data has been collected for many different ethnicities and some of these "problems" are really normal to them as they learn to use the English language more proficiently. Hence, they are labeled differences and not delays.
