What is a Phobia Anyway?
Just what is a phobia, anyway? It is commonly considered to be an "irrational persistent fear of or an excessive avoidance of a specific object, some particular activity or situation." My intention is to help sufferers see that if they have hypochondria, they may well have phobias that could be cured and then their hypochondria could be lessened and often times, go away forever.
