I had resigned because they saw fit to link "<A HREF = http://www.suite101.com/articles.cfm/16548>The Roman Empire</a>" to my topic. I outlined my objections in a <A HREF = http://www.suite101.com/discussion.cfm/historycenter/103274>"deleted" post</a>.
FYI: most of the corrections and postings about <A HREF = "http://tinyurl.com/alewj">The Roman Empire</a> have been deleted, but some parts of the discussions had been captured on archives, like <A HREF = http://216.239.39.104/search?q=cache:7koD0p2AED0J:www.suite101.com/article.cfm/Roman_Empire/96769+&hl=en&ie=UTF-8>Jupiter weighs less than an elephant!</a> or deleted incompletely, like <A HREF = http://www.suite101.com/discussion.cfm/16585/103295>Too close to home for some?</a> and <A HREF = http://www.suite101.com/discussion.cfm/Roman_Empire/103279>Misinformation</a>. They did keep the <A HREF = http://www.suite101.com/discussion.cfm/16585/103357>Ostriches are amazing problem-solvers</a> thread, but deleted all the damning links.
