A practicing attorney for more than ten years, my passions range from dogs to politics. Above all I enjoy writing on an eclectic array of topics. In addition to private law practice, I also serve as an adjunct law professor teaching national security law and legal writing. In my time away from the law, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs -- all of whom are rescue dogs -- and traveling. Sharing experiences with others on all of these topics is something I sincerely enjoy.
Professionally, I have practiced with a number of law firms -- both big and small -- as well as serving in the United States Department of Justice (2001-2003).
My writings can be found in numerous trade publications, as well as on the online legal journal The Jurist operated by the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
