Marie Thomas

Marie Thomas (RieT) is an author in multiple genres, with 18 years in technical writing, and freelance work in science, biographical, and creative writing, as well as poetry. Her work has been published by Adams Media, Obadiah Press, Vineyard Press, House of White Birches, and DogEar Publishing, and in magazines such as Good Old Days, the on-line newsletter Wildlife Watch Binocular, and Birds 'n Blooms, as well as numerous technical manuals written for some of New England's largest hi-tech firms.

A freelance writer and photographer, she is the former staff writer for Woodland Health Products (www.woodlandhealthproducts.com), and author of the Health Information Bulletins. She currently writes for Food & Drink Quarterly and U.S. Industry Today magazines, works with independent authors, and continues to contribute both writing and photography to travel and industry magazines and web sites.
