I have a background in financial markets, specifically futures and options broking but since having children, my passions have embraced the art of writing. I enjoy writing stories about when the kids were young, home economics, articles about financial issues for audiences of varying financial literacy and particularly love talking about running.

After a 20 year break from running I have since returned in recent years partly to change to a healthier lifestyle and partly to become competitive again so I can once again enjoy the satisfaction of achieving measurable physical goals.
