Tony Sidgwick

Tony Sidgwick is a British expatriate born, raised and now living and working in the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Media and International Relations, and has worked as a magazine writer/editor for over three years.

During his time spent living in the Middle East, Tony has travelled all over the world, and is passionate about travel writing. He has covered destinations such as the UK, Australia, Zanzibar, Oman, the UAE and more.

Tony is also passionate about motorsports, and whilst working for Bahrain This Month magazine in the Kingdom of Bahrain, he interviewed several Formula One drivers, including Lewis Hamilton and David Coulthard.

His biggest love, however, is music, and Tony has written articles and interviews on numerous major international artists from around the world, including Paul Van Dyk, Judge Jules, Kelly Rowland (formerly of Destiny's Child), the Fun Lovin' Criminals, Arrested Development, and Soulwax.

Tony has written freelance for many publications in the Middle East, including Time Out Dubai, Time Out Bahrain, Fact Magazine Bahrain, and Shawati Magazine in Abu Dhabi, to name a few. He is currently working as a freelance writer in Bahrain, and working on his first fiction novel.
