Tanya was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba; and spent many of her earlier years living in several different places, including New Brunswick and parts of the U.S. She has been back in Winnipeg for some time now, but is always interested in visiting new places.
As for education, Tanya has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English; a Travel Assistant Diploma; and has taken a variety of other courses and workshops. Tanya has always had an aptitude for writing, and has had her work published in several local publications. Her employment background includes media monitoring and working as a research assistant for a venture capital company focusing on upcoming medical technologies.
Tanya's personal interests include reading; hot yoga; cooking; nutrition; anything health-related; trying to figure out how to golf; and seeking out the ultimate horror film.
