Felicia A. Williams is a freelance writer with many years of experience working in the commercial insurance industry. Her insurance knowledge proved to be very helpful during the Y2K frenzy. She was able to use her insurance and computer knowledge to assist in testing underwriting systems for Y2K compliance.
Her writing ability, insurance and computer knowledge was her segue to becoming a technical writer. After several years of writing technical documents, she decided to take her love for writing in a different direction to write about things that were a little more near and dear to her heart. However, it seems that you can take the person out of insurance, but you cannot take the insurance experience out of the person.
Although she has authored articles on many different topics, it seems that there is always a place where she is willing to share her insurance knowledge.
