Alex Graham-Heggie

I am a resident of Toronto. I graduated in 2008 from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts, with my Specialty in History and my Major in Archaeology.

My specific area of interests vary, but they tend toward colonial and maritime history, military history and Mesoamerican Archaeology.

I'm also working at writing fiction, with fantasy and speculative fiction being my focus. I won second place in University College's Norma Epstein Creative Writing Contest in 2006.

From September to November 2008 I and a friend went backpacking around Europe, visiting landscapes, monuments and museums in Scotland, England, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy and Greece.
