Tamara Hanson

For as long as I can remember, writing has always been my passion. But, like many people, I ignored it for a number of years. I took different paths, went to school, garnered a B.A. psych, then worked in numerous industries (financial, emergency services and real estate) till finally coming full circle to my first love--writing.

Over the last 12 years, I have completed three novels, self-published one young adult novel, published over 20 articles found in Askmen.com and Opulence Magazine (previously Calgary Living Magazine), and have built a freelance writing career writing anything from home builder ads and brochures to editing novels.

Aside from writing novels, stories, and copy, one of my other passions is to help inspire and ignite the creative writing spark in adults and children alike through coaching and guidance. It's important that we keep our creativity alive, also ensuring that we are helping children nurture their own creativity, taking it with them into adulthood.
