Aurae Beidler has lived in the Pacific Northwest her whole life. Traveling throughout her home state of Oregon and other Northwest states, has inspired much of her writing. It's amazing how nice the weather can be here in the Northwest. It isn't all rain, you know! Her NW Travel website outlines travel adventures and tips in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. She publishes a travel blog for her sisters and friends called AdventureSisters. She is also a member of the Travelwriters.com network.
Growing up as an imaginative, creative child, Aurae devoted her time to writing stories about the world around her. Aurae's writing is inspired by faith, a love for research and this world's beauty. Her writing skills and creativity led to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Advertising at the University of Oregon. Her previous journalism experience includes work at an Oregon Coast newspaper and she self-published a bi-monthly newsletter, The Radiant Times, which is a creative outlet for family and friends. She is a member of the Willamette Writers Group.
She is also interested in helping to make our U.S. Healthcare system work more efficiently, providing more coverage to our citizens and promoting prevention and innovation. She earned a graduate certificate in Healthcare Management and Policy from Oregon State University in 2006. She is currently working on her Masters of Healthcare Administration degree at Pacific University of Oregon.
