I am a freelance journalist/historian from St. Louis, MO. A graduate of the University of Missouri, I hold both a Bachelor and Master of Arts in history. I have written on a variety of subjects, ranging from urban histories, ancient and modern, to the Vietnam War. I have contributed articles and entries to several publications, including the St. Louis Virtual City Project, Encyclopedia of World History, and Encyclopedia of U.S. Indian Policy and Law. My particular interest is in World War Two and the post-war era.
As an editorial writer for a local newspaper, West Newsmagazine, I contribute content covering such topics as socio-economic issues, local and national politics, and international relations. My first work of fiction, "Provident Wind," was published in the February 2006 issue of Sacred Twilight magazine.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, the company of my dogs, and playing golf with friends.
