Suzanne Robitaille

Suzanne Robitaille is a writer and disability advocate. She writes about disability topics on her blog, Profoundly Yours and for several business publications, including BusinessWeek and The Wall Street Journal. Suzanne was the former assistive technology columnist at BusinessWeek Online, giving rise to her fascination with technology that helps persons with disabilities surmount barriers in the workplace and life space. She also writes essays and short stories, and her latest essay was published in Reading Lips and Other Ways to Overcome a Disability (2008, Apprentice House). Her first book, The Illustrated Guide to Assistive Technology, is due out in 2009. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
