Sheri Ann Richerson has over 20 years experience in newspaper, magazine and creative writing. She wrote on a regular basis for Garden Solutions Magazine. She has also written for a wide variety of magazines including Florida Gardening, Growing Edge, ChicagoLand Gardening, The Herbalist, Pool & Spa Living, Pondkeeper, Hort Recources, Miss Kitty’s Journal, Biker Alley, Lawn & Garden Retailer, Home Cooking Magazine, Bird Talk, Ferrets, DogGone Newsletter, Imprints, Ft. Myers Magazine and Plants Magazine to name just a few. She has also worked as the editor of a local paper, The Courier. She was the BellaOnline Water Gardens Editor, Bulbs Editor, Spa Editor plus Landscaping Editor as well as a contributing writer for Suite101.

Ms. Richerson has contributed to a wide range of anthologies as well. Ms. Richerson’s published works include Perspective Visions: Enigmatic Masterpieces, 101 English Garden Tips, an Amazon Short Magical Gardens which hit #22 on the best seller list, The Complete Idiot’s Guide To Year-Round Gardening, 101 English Garden Tips.

Ms. Richerson is the Plant-A-Row for the Hungry Region III Representative, a longtime member of both the Garden Writers Association of America and of the American Horticultural Society. She has served as the vice-president of the Grant County Evening Gardening Club for two years. She also served as the president of the Garden Club of Marion for a year, and has been a member of Creative Hands, American Orchid Society, Tropical Flowering Tree Society, Pacific Bulb Society, International Bulb Society, Southeastern Palm Society, Sino-Himalayan Plant Association, Azalea Society of America as well as a Purdue University Silver Level Master Gardener. She served as a Horticulture Gardening Institute Instructor. Sheri is a lifetime member of the International Thespian Society. In addition she was a member of the Investigative Reporters and Editors.

Her farm, Exotic Gardening Farms, is a certified wildlife habitat. She is a Global Warming Ambassador for the National Wildlife Federation.

Her favorite pastimes are riding her motorcycle, visiting arboretums, traveling, reading, writing, horseback riding, designing and improving websites, and especially-- working in her huge garden. Sheri specializes in herb gardening and tropical, rare and unusual plants.

Her diverse range of writing and speaking has included an eclectic mix of articles on current events, herbs, aromatherapy, tropical plants as well as various pieces on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Ms. Richerson has given numerous talks on a wide variety of subjects including chocolate, night blooming plants, seed starting, herbs and global warming.
