Hello Readers! Here is a little about ME for YOU!
I graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu with a 4.0 grade point average. From there I went on to attain a coveted externship with the Los Angeles Times newspaper under the direction of Donna Deane. The Times allowed me insight into another nitch in the culinary world, that of food writing. When my time at the paper came to an end, I began to delve deeper into the tantalizing world with which I had just become familiar, by setting up a Blog SoCalSage.typepad.com.
I am currently working at a culinary school in Los Angeles, California and of course writing!
