Claudine Williams
Travel Books Feature Writer
After spending more than 10 years working as a reporter for various daily newspapers in the United States, and later working in the public relations department of a state university, I decided to quit my day job, start my own business and live life to its fullest.
I'm a professional writer and teacher. Although I enjoy writing the web site content on a variety of topics, I really get a kick out of reading about travel, going on journeys, and writing about my experiences.
I always liked to go places when I was a child. All my mother had to do was jingle her keys and I'd come running. My first real travel experience came in 1990 when I traveled to Germany to visit my father. My mother told me that I should relax and enjoy it because the trip could be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. See, my mother rarely travels out of her Florida town and that's just fine with her. Now, as a very independent Generation Xer, I get going!
I live my life on my own terms and push the boundaries. I hope to inspire all of you read about fabulous destinations, learn how to get where you are going, and experience our beautiful world.
