Sandra Phaneuf

Sandra is a freelance writer with a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York. She has been a contributing writer for Voice of America, Russian Services, the Informed Constituent, and the Albany Student Press. Her focus is energy policy and Eastern European studies. She is currently working at the Open Society Institute in Washington, DC.
