Sandy is a registered nurse at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri. She received her RN training at Saint Luke's Hospital School of Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri. She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and is a volunteer on the Kansas State Board of Nursing malpractice review panel. She lived in a foreign country as a child and has traveled extensively. Using this travel and medical background, she has been able to go on medical mission trips. Her interest is in health, nutrition, travel, animals and most everything else.
