I'm a writer, trainer, MBA, mother, wife, businessowner, manager, and instructional designer. And not necessarily in that order! I have been freelancing since early 2008 and love to write passionate tips on how to achieve a better work life balance and how to manage being a work at home mom. I also love to dabble in (and write about) experimental cooking, travel tips, parenting ups and downs and most of all share my expertise on running a small business from home.
