Rachel Schaus

Rachel Schaus, contributing writer, is a Classical teacher, writer, and passionate about Classical Education and Classical Homeschooling.

Rachel has taught junior high and high school science, and most recently taught K-3rd Classical Homeschooling to her own three children. She and her husband and children have lived and worked in Central Asia for nine years, and look forward to relocating this fall to the U.S.

Rachel holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Science, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She has also taken post-graduate courses in Religious Studies. Her main areas of interest are Theology, Fine Art, and Education.

Through much of the year, she continues homeschooling, freelancing, and enjoys website design.

She loves to walk, bicycle,and enjoy in nature.
