A former USA Swimmer and Coach, McLaughlin Ramswell ranks among the top 5-8% of coaches in the United States, according to the American Swim Coaches Associations. Though her work to date has mostly been in the sporting arena, McLaughlin Ramswell has delved into stories on entertainment and parenting as well.

McLaughlin Ramswell attended the University of Texas and the University of Houston, earning degrees in Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.

Also a former radio personality and actress, McLaughlin Ramswell is able to provide a unique perspective into the areas she covers. She is married and has her own precious terrible two year old.
