<p><img src=/files/topics/3302/files/amortit%20copy.JPG width=180 height=250 border=2></p> <p>I am a botanist and horticulturist currently living in Tucson, Arizona. I have been into plants all my life and enjoy most of my waking moments thinking about, planting, studying, hunting for and talking about plants.</p> <p>Recently I thought it was unhealthy of myself to be "only" into plants. I decided to let some of my other hobbies get some time in my busy schedule. Among those other interests are music. I play guitar and listen to all good music-which is to say mostly rock-n-roll. Classical music is for the overly-funded brats of the classical era and all those who worship those brats. I prefer the genius of poor folk who can rock with genius.</p> <p>Recently I became interested in bodywork, and started going to school at the Desert Institute of Healing Arts. I am in the massage program and am studying a variety of techniques, including sweedish and shiatsu. I want to study the various theologies of Chinese medicine as well though I am not sure where or when.</p> <p>I do yoga daily and love to do acrobatic moves with my body, which I am just getting to know.</p>
