Philip Gantt - Profile

Philip R. Gantt, Mark Glassmaker

Phil has been involved in fisheries related issues for several decades. An avid steelhead angler, Phil currently resides on the Santa Clara County Fish and Game Commission. He previously served on a similar Commission in Santa Barbara County where he also published Phil's Fishing Lines with the Goleta Today newspaper.

Phil currently manages web sites related to Alaska Fishing and Lodging as well as the Kenai River Professional Guide Organization. He also publishes a monthly cooking column, Phil's International Flair at the Seasoned Cooking web site.

Professionally, Phil is an electronics engineer and graduate from Cal Poly SLO (BSEE, 1971). Phil has worked for such notable companies such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard and others.
