Kristin Abraham is a freelance writer who also owns a faux finishing and decorative painting company. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in Radio/TV/Film she switched directions and spent ten years in medical office management.
After much soul searching and some very unfulfilling jobs it was time for a change. Kristin's aunt, artist and faux finisher, Bonita Gillespie invited her to learn decorative painting techniques. Kristin happily accepted and began learning the trade.
In a surprising, and fortunate, turn of events an opportunity to write serial television for Speedvision and The Discovery Wings Channel dropped into her lap and she began working exclusively with the Experimental Aircraft Association.
Several years later things shifted again and Kristin considers herself lucky enough to have the opportunity to follow her passions in life as she pursues writing, interior decorating and her rabid love of knitting and textile arts.
