I can't stop myself from correcting spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, no matter the consequences - and it forces me to be a better writer.
Writing since a young age, Terence was first published in his high school literary arts magazine. It was a heavy-handed short story about unrequited love, in which the protagonist nearly commits suicide and the readers dearly wish he would. Since then, experience has benefited his writing considerably. Although Terence still enjoys writing fiction, he only indulges in that pastime by writing a novel in November. Terence has developed his writing skills with positions in both the legal, not-for-profit, and veterinary industries, and he continually is finding new types of writing to master. Now an experienced writer and editor, some say he missed his calling and should have been an English teacher. In addition to business plans, how-to articles, and press releases that he already crafts for clients, he is studying sales letters, brochures, and grant applications to widen his horizons. |
