Nicole is an avid reader and lover of books, particular teen and young-adult fiction. At an early age, she decided to turn her passion into a career. She graduated from Douglas College with a diploma in Professional Writing, and has since illustrated and co-wrote two children's educational storybooks for Burns Bog Conservation Society in Delta, BC.
Nicole is now a freelance writer who specializes in writing for the web. Aside from finishing up her novel, she's currently writing book reviews, quizzes and occasional articles for kids websites.
When Nicole isn't writing, reading or voraciously collecting books, she delves into the fascinating world of arts and crafts, creating scrapbooks, altered books and any other altered art form she can dream up.
