I am a freelance travel and food writer/photographer and author of the book Adventure Guide Peru (Hunter Publishing, 2007), Thomas Cook's Traveller's Chile (2007), and have written and updated guidebooks on Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Central America for publishers such as Frommer's, Fodor's, Insight Guides, and the AA. I hold a BA in Journalism and English from the Ohio State University. My work appears in publications such as Islands, The Columbus Dispatch, Sherman's Travel, Transitions Abroad, and many others. I am married to a lovely Peruvian woman and currently reside in New York City and Lima, Peru. I have traveled widely in Latin America and travel on the continent often. Visit my website.
