I fear that to date, my professional achievements with the pen have been somewhat sparse. However, I have been doing publicity for my band, Lunarium, under the moniker "Brother Godfrey", and my first album review (For Czech band Evarest's debut album "Fear") was used by our record label for promotional purposes. I am also currently on retainer for reviews and interviews of their bands.
I am also a staff writer for the Swedish Web-zine Metalcovenant.com, where I review new releases, interview bands, and provide reviews of concerts.
However, my true passion as far as writing goes is the European Middle Ages. I enjoy writing historical pieces, and have done so extensively in my eight years at Ohio University-Chillicothe. I also enjoy writing pieces about my hobbies: miniature wargaming and pipe smoking.
In my spare time I write fantasy fiction, drawing upon my growing knowledge of the Middle Ages as inspiration.
