Debra P Blackwell - Profile

Debra P. Blackwell, Debra P. Blackwell

As the (Original Proposal Writer and Project Development Specialist) for Not for Riches, The Mission, a Non Profit Organization, I consistently perform systematic assessments and formal examinations that assure the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of all organizational communication materials, offices, and assignments, prior to my official endorsement. I am the writer/ editor. These assessments entail the close scrutiny, monitoring, editing and reviewing of proposals, guidelines, presentations for speeches and informational documents, petitions, and various other communications intended to create, develop, organize and address an array of subject matters: including; projects pertaining to expansion, fund-raising, and broad based general services as it relates to community development, and local community service based programs: i.e., Child Care, Employment Training/Readiness Criteria/ Standards, Funding, and Education. These procedures assure proper performance and expected results. I maintain computer based documented narratives/ reports/ and databases as to the substance, sufficiency, validity, conclusiveness, and conformity of such data. I do the background study and research necessary to justify the credibility of all resource material used to accomplish organizational tasks. I use various computer applications and program software to accomplish multi-task project objectives, as well as vast reference resource labs/archives/libraries and the Internet database systems to critique and substantiate project initiatives.

I've gathered my strengths and knowledge base from every job related position I've ever held, and coupled them with my life experiences to become the visionary I know I am today. I like to lend support when possible while gaining personal growth.

Success: There are certain professional character traits that one should expect, and exhibit in the workplace, despite job titles, descriptions, or positioning: (1) A great attitude (2) A 'Can Do' attitude and disposition (3) An ability to mentally vigorously pursue thinking consistent with the workplace atmosphere, and conducive to accomplishing workplace agendas, with exceeding the standard as a focal point (4) A real grasp of (Customer Service Etiquette) and how to accomplish it.

My personal attributes include these and, an uncanny ability to quickly assimilate and assess facts; then, frame suitable resolutions to those issues. I have a reasonably intelligible command of the English language; both spoken and written; such as proposal writings <link> intended to manage and guide people, projects, and offices: for purposes of systematically assessing, and tracking the accuracy, and effectiveness of varied assignments, prior to an actual endorsement. Also, my written and spoken language skills enable me to effectively manage others, convincing them to do well, and to exceed the standard.

I do an incredible amount of writing and editing, and hope to publish my first fictional work by Christmas 2007.
