Lisa Russell has a wide variety of professional experiences, due in part to a short attention span and a good eye for opportunity. Lisa attended Page Beauty School and worked as a cosmetologist in the state of California for several years and also Antelope Valley College and City University. She's worked as a Substitute teacher and now homeschools her own children (six girls!) Lisa and her husband own an Italian restaurant, Russillo's Pizza and Gelato, in Washington State. They currently live in Cowiche, Washington. She's working full time from home as a freelance writer and is the the Homeschooling section editor for TypeAmom.
