Maureen joined Suite101 in March 1999 as a Contributing Editor and worked her way up as a Managing Editor and Senior Managing Editor. In addition, she is a former member of the SuiteU Advisory Board. Maureen graduated from St Clair College in Windsor Ontario as a Social Science Research Assistant.
Most of her working life was spent in the banking industry as a manager of various customer and technical support teams. She developed and maintained the operations manuals which led to the role of webmaster of the company's intranet. An early retirement has enabled Maureen to enjoy various hobbies and interests such as home improvement projects and playing drums.
