Writing gives me a voice. Perhaps, that voice will be heard around the world, across the universe, or just in my own head. As long as I put it down and put it out, there is a sense of accomplishment, of putting thoughts in order from start to finish. There is always something to be said, always a way to approach or view something that may be different and may just make a difference.
Life's joke on me right now is that I am unemployed and having no luck finding work. Time to think outside the box. Writing - the one thing I have always wanted to do, but didn't think I could - well, not for a career, anyway. But, here I am and why not? Why not try something new? Why not try something that makes me happy? Why not try something that might influence someone else to do something good?
