I love working with my hands and constantly experiment on 3-dimensional (3D) needlework hand-finishing techniques to develop fresh ideas. I would say that 3D counted thread embroidery is my forte as I was offered a regular column about new finishing techniques, tips and ideas by an Australian cross stitch magazine. This opportunity led me to designing my own pieces, which made me a full-time needleworker and crafter. Some of my designs and finishing instructions were and will be published at TGOSM, Embroidery and Cross Stitch Magazine, and Just Cross Stitch Magazine.

With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, I worked for an ISO Certified Singapore-based specialist construction firm in Makati City, Philippines prior to my arrival in the US on late 2004. Life here gave me the edge to explore various crafts which I never did before. Since 2007, I started submitting entries at the State Fair on cross stitch and counted thread embroidery divisions where my works go home with first place winnings.

Other crafts and hobbies I enjoy are: fashion jewelry making, DVD photo video/montage, digital scrapbooking, and learning new softwares related to video & photo editing. Moreso, crazy quilting, tatting, knitting, and needle felting are other crafts I want to learn in the near future.
