Liz is a lecturer in English at a college in the North West of England.

She graduated from Manchester University with a BA (Hons) in English Language & Literature, and also holds an MA in Literature from the Open University.

Her hobbies include reading, visiting the theatre, and buying, preparing, eating and thinking about food.

Liz has had a number of restaurant reviews published in The Manchester Evening News, and is a regular reviewer for wcities.com. She contributes regularly to her local newspaper, and has also written for nostalgia magazine Best of British and for Writing Magazine.
