Lisa Mongan - Profile

I am 28 years old, happily married, with a ten year old stepson, 10 month old daughter, and another baby on the way. We live in Valley Stream, NY, on Long Island, recently known because of the infamous Amy Fisher and Joey Buttafuoco. In college I was a political science major and a history minor, which began my passion for research. I have been interested in urban legends my whole life, starting as scary stories at sleepovers when I was young. When I started hearing the same stories over and over, with different locales, I started to think something was up. I love to read, travel, and spend time with the family. I also love to watch TV. I spend about 30 hours a week on the Internet, which I also love to do. My favorite sites range from urban legends (www.snopes.com) to trivia (www.jeopardy.com).
