Greetings from the Colorado Rockies! I am the owner of Mountain Sport Pilates and Fitness
in beautiful Frisco, Co. Since I am right in the heart of "ski country," my studio specializes in fitness programs for skiers, snowboarders and other mountain sport athletes. I am also a freelance writer whose works has been published in Aspen Magazine, The Professional Skier, HerSports and other print and online publications. Here are some samples of my articles:

When I am not writing or teaching fitness, I work at Copper Mountain in the winter, and as a tour guide for the Breckenrdige Historical Alliance in the summer. My husband teaches skiing at Breckenridge. We have skied in New England, Eastern and Western Canada, Colorado, Utah, Montana and Europe. This summer, I will be teaching a ski-fitness week in Portillo, Chile. I am also the ski fitness coach for the Epicski Academy
