I am a cookbook author and professional Home Economist who has created and tested recipes for major food companies like Pillsbury and Malt-O-Meal since 1987. I've also written articles for Woman's Day magazine, was the 2004 holiday spokesperson for Arm & Hammer, and was a guest expert on the 'Ask Heloise' radio program. My recipes will appear in Good Housekeeping's "Quick and Simple Magazine" beginning January 2006. I have a degree in Biology from St. Olaf College, and a degree in Food Science with High Distinction from the University of Minnesota. I'm also the Busy Cooks Guide for About.com I worked on the Pillsbury Bake-Off five times in the 1980s and 1990s, in the test kitchens, assisting food stylists for public relations photography, and as the Manager of the Search Team. I have written five cookbooks. The first two, The Everything Meals for a Month and The Everything Tex Mex Cookbook, from Adams Media, are available everywhere. The third, The Everything Quick and Simple, 30 Minute, 5 Ingredient Cookbook, will be available November 1, 2006. You can find all of them on Amazon.com.
