Lise Charlebois-Ludot
Writer
Lise Charlebois-Ludot is a wandering gastronome who came by her love of all things culinary rather recently. An honours graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Lise went on to work as an editorial assistant at Random House Canada, before taking to the road. She has lived, worked and travelled a little everywhere, from Denmark to Indonesia to Mexico. Along the way she acquired a taste for adventures in dining, cooking and sharing food with friends and strangers alike. The winner of the Preservation Foundation’s 2005 prize for Best Fiction Short Story for Corsican Nights, Lise lives in Paris, the epicentre of gastronomy, with her husband and daughter, where she contributes to several publications, including the Time Out Eating and Drinking Paris series.
