I never graduated high school, got bored with tertiary education and had an unrealistic goal of owning a vineyard in Greece by age 30, writing books while stomping my feet in a barrel of grapes.

So after 10 years of wasting away in mindless retail jobs with my goal becoming so far out of reach, I decided to get serious with my future in 2005 and applied for a Marketing Assistant position with a local export company.

Within six months, I had been promoted twice, sent to the U.S.A. to sell our product at six trade shows, had numerous articles published worldwide, and finally ended the year as the company's Marketing Manager.

So I'd found my niche at long last, and everything fit perfectly into place from then on.

I am now the proud owner/operator of MovieTime, a funky DVD store in Ngongotaha, and co-owner of a marketing company about to launch ourselves to small businesses in Rotorua, New Zealand.

Amongst all that, I enjoy writing, and have plans to publish a long line of books before my retirement at 40 years old! Okay, so maybe not that soon, but not far off I hope.
