Kathleen Duffy was born in Leeds and lives in London, United Kingdom. She has worked at a variety of jobs including, in the 1960s, circus aerial artist, singer, artists' model, a cleaner, and a secretary at various institutions including the National Gallery, London and Manchester University Museum. In the 1990s she obtained an Arts degree from the wonderful Open University. Her work has been featured in:
