Having graduated as a Naturopath in 1995 I then went on to work as a consulting Naturopath in several different pharmacies. During this time I dealt with a lot of patients that were looking for alternatives to prescription medicine. Patients nowadays are wanting to know what is an old folk remedy and what natural medicine has been proven to work. My job is to show them the difference.

I enjoy research and I am constantly on the lookout for natural remedies that have clinical research back-up.

In light of constant new research, I have set up a website www.proven-natural-medicine.com that shows people just exactly what herbal medicines have been proven to work and what herbs are a waste of money.

Before I set up my website I consulted in a medical centre and specialized in treating women's health issues such as hormone imbalance, premenopause and menopause.

I have two children so I am aware of the need for safe and effective natural medicines for children.
