I am an award-winning journalist who can give any newspaper, magazine or periodical a professional voice with a unique perspective.

An 11-year veteran of journalism, I have worked for several newspapers, winning awards wherever I went for my feature reporting, news beat coverage and personality profiles. The month before my departure from my final staff writing position, I was honored by the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association for my consumer-related investigative reporting. My stories have been reprinted all over the world.

I understand the glare of the spotlight, as well. My high-profile reporting landed me on MSNBC's 'Live and Direct with Rita Cosby,` and FOX News Channel's 'On the Record with Greta Van Susteren` as a guest correspondent. I also contributed to a live news radio show in Los Angeles, California.

Working closely with editors, I develop strong and effective articles with engaging leads and sparkling copy. My stories are thoroughly investigated, and my commentary is fact-based and full of conviction. However, I am not unwilling to change my mind if I’m wrong or if new facts emerge and the issue warrants changing. I live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with my wife, Beth, and two Black Labs, Ophelia and Jasmine.
