I am a Boston-based freelance writer and a daytime finance professional. I have written for several online publications including 365DaysofWine.com and Examiner.com, where I am the Boston Wine Examiner. My passion for writing developed at an early age but took roots in college, where it mixed in with a business major. The left side of the brain continuously won over the creative spark in that reality-dosage kind of way. By osmosis, through my subsequent work experience in the corporate world, I have gained knowledge in many areas of business. But since I can't seem to sit still, I devote significant amounts of post-work time to study--and write about--my other varied interests--entrepreneurship, fitness, travel, and any and all things food and wine. A carnivore by design, an omnivore by choice, and a wine geek by some divine intervention, I believe food and wine (as nutrition and fitness) can teach us a lot about the world because they permeate everything we do. Through this lens, we explore culture, history, politics and even business. Latest Articles
