Johanna Francisco was born in Manila, Philippines but grew up in Chicago, Illinois. She obtained her degree in Biology at the DeLaSalle University in Manila. Her passions are her family and writing, in that order. Writing is her means of outlet for the maelstrom of ideas that constantly goes through her head. She is also extremely proud of her heritage, so it made perfect sense to combine the two.
