Some of the more interesting roles I've played include charter cook in the Caribbean, accountant and tax preparer in Alaska and the Pacific NW, restauranteur in the South Pacific islands, TV cooking show presenter in Tonga, sous chef in New Zealand, editor and writer for a coffee shop publication in Puget Sound, and owner of a sandwich shop and espresso bar in Gig Harbor, WA. Currently, I live in Las Vegas and I'm working on a Polynesian cookbook and an ebook of Sorbets with Spirit.
