An enthusiastic organic gardener, with a passion for the history and culture of food, I write for magazines including “Country Smallholding”, “Grow it!” and “Kitchen Garden”. When I am not gardening my abundant organic gardens, which comprise forest gardens and unusual crops such as quinoa, you may well find me creating traditional food such as sourdough bread, cooked in my home built clay oven.
I am fascinated by the revival of ancient spiritual traditions including Paganism and Wicca, alongside the more recent discoveries in the area of the hidden realm behind nature. I am a regular contributor to UK magazines “Prediction” and “Soul and Spirit”.
Regular tours around the UK and Europe visiting innovative environmental and food production projects inspire both my writing and my personal projects.
I have a first degree in mathematics from Cambridge University in the UK, and I have studied environmental issues for many years; I have Master’s degrees in Environmental Management and in Renewable Energies, and I speak fluent French, having lived in France for five years.
